Теория классификации и систематизации микроорганизмов.
Система классификации, согласно которой самые различные признаки, поддающиеся учёту, имеют одинаковое значение для характеристики организма. Для количественной оценки учитывают возможно бо́льшее число альтернативных признаков. Оценку различных комбинаций признаков производят с помощью ЭВМ. При этом каждый из признаков одного штамма сравнивают с каждым признаком всех других штаммов. Считается, что сходство между двумя исследуемыми штаммами тем больше, чем больше отношение числа совпадающих признаков к числу всех учитываемых.
